NETTER I araştırması, Lu-177-DOTA-TATE ile atom tedavisinin nöroendokrin tümörlerde ne ölçüde etkili olduğunu anlamaya yönelik 4 yıl süreyle (2012-2016) yapılan en kapsamlı araştırma çalışmasıdır.

Nöroendokrin tümör tedavisinde kullanılan ve yan etki göstermeden, doğrudan kanserli hücreye etki eden ilaç, Türkiye'de ilk olarak İÜ Cerrahpaşa Tıp Fakültesi'nde üretilmeye başlandı.
